Building beyond waste.
Patented. Production-proven. Ready to scale.

The Anyplace modular aluminum building system replaces the linear take–make–dispose model of construction with a circular one — designed for industrialization, full disassembly, and validated material recovery.

Working together

We solve problems. Most of them are global ones.

Our ethos is to design problems out from the start rather than retrofit fixes onto systems that should never have been built that way. Universally, the problems we work on are problems shared by every country, every climate, every income level.

Sustainability

By eliminating waste at the design stage and building with infinitely recyclable aluminum, the Anyplace system reaches 98% measured material recovery at end of life — independently validated across a completed ten-unit production pilot, not projected.

Adaptability

The Anyplace Ecosystem lets buildings grow, shrink, or shift function — residential, commercial, industrial, disaster relief — without demolition. Walls reconfigure. Modules add and subtract. Lego for the real world.

Scale

Built for Industry 4.0 automation and Construction 5.0 industrialized delivery. DfIND — Design for Industrialization — produces standardized parts on existing manufacturing infrastructure. Capacity to scale with demand, not against it.

Cleantech meets climatech

Creates disruptive proptech.

Anyplace is a patented modular housing system designed to fundamentally change how we build by addressing the structural failures in housing affordability, sustainability, and adaptability — simultaneously. It is not a cheaper house. It is a fundamentally different economic model for how physical space is produced, owned, financed, recovered, and redeployed.

Each module measures 4480 × 3430 × 2670mm, weighs 1983.47kg, and assembles in one day by two people using fewer than ten tools. The 46-part system uses fewer unique parts than any modular system at this scale of architectural flexibility.

Why now

The US housing shortage stands at a record 4.7 million units. 75% of US households cannot afford the median new home. Florida's 2026 ADU by-right legislation has opened a regulatory pathway that did not exist twelve months ago. The Hydro North America Technical and Economic Discovery Agreement, signed February 2026, gives Anyplace a domestic US production supply chain on the largest aluminum extrusion infrastructure in the country.

The legislative moment, the climate reality, and the affordability gap have aligned for the first time in thirty years. Anyplace is the system designed against that brief.
